During our initial phone or email contact, I will ask a series of questions that will provide me with the essential information of when, where and what time your Wedding day is to be held, I will also ask questions that will ensure we have the necessary information to satisfy all legal paperwork and most importantly gain an understanding of the type of content you would like in your ceremony.

At our initial meeting, we will cover the following topics:

• Notice of Intent to Marry form
• Copyright
• Relationship Services
• Review draft ceremony proposal and vows
• Schedule a rehearsal date and time
• General discussion

At this meeting you will receive an information pack that will contain a selection of Vows, various Relationship Service organisation and their contact details, Information sheet on Copyright and contact details, a number of Marriage Ceremonial Sites and Reception venues, and a list of local Photographers and Videographers.

Phone and email contact will continue to fine tune aspects of the ceremony:

• Music - duration
• Reading - duration
• Photographer details
• Videographer - details

Conduct rehearsal at the venue, different date / same time

Conduct the Marriage Ceremony, ensuring all legal paperwork signed.

Celebrant to forward all legal paperwork off to the relevant authority.
