During our initial phone or email contact, we will discuss your thoughts, wants and needs in relation to the ceremony, I will also need to ask some initial questions that will enable me to build a draft ceremony proposal, for our initial meeting.

At our initial meeting, we will cover the following topics:

• Copyright
• Relationship Services
• Review draft ceremony proposal and vows
• Schedule a rehearsal date and time
• General discussion

At this meeting you will receive an information pack that will contain a selection of vows, various relationship service organisations, Information sheet on copyright, a number of  reception venues, and a list of local photographers, videographers, florist's and car hire businesses.

Phone and email contact will continue to fine tune aspects of the ceremony:

• Music - duration
• Readings - duration
• Photographer details
• Videographer - details

Conduct rehearsal at the venue, different date / same time, (If required).

Conduct the Commitment Ceremony.
